Gene the owner of G&B concrete on March came out to look at the cracks he did state to me no concrete company will warranty against cracking but for another he would remove the or slabs & pour new concrete I agree with the price, I have called several times been patient because of the rain,however that was almost months agoIf he still comes out & do what he said he would I would drop this complaint(Complaint [redacted] Additional Images.zip)

purchase the concrete apparently there was an issue with itThe gentleman that is supposed to come out and talk to the homeowner is not in, he will be on vacation for the next week we are trying to get a hold of themWe may not have an answer for a week until he gets backThis is why we have each homeowner sign a contract stating GB concrete is not responsible for cracking chipping popping or Spalding because we do not mix the concrete ourselves we purchase it from a vendor.....but we are working diligently to have *** resolve the issue
Mr [redacted] signed a legal and binding contract with G-B concrete stating G-B concrete was not responsible for cracking, chipping, or Spaulding. As Mr [redacted] stated after the winter ( which we all know was the worst freezing we have had in years) which the ground was frozen and can cause heaving and...
cracking, no Concrete companies warranty cracking. I did speak to Mr [redacted] and since we haven't been out yet he decided to file a frivolous complaint to get me to come out sooner, it has rained 3-4 days a week so I am still playing catch up.....
With that being said Mr [redacted] Did sign a legal binding contract stating G-B not responsible for cracking, as a courtesy I said I would come out .... So my G-B did try and work it out with Mr [redacted]...

Consumer calledIt has taken almost two years but he has now been fully reimbursed by the businessHe asked that the complaint be closed as Resolved
