Review: I was a victim of Hurricane Sandy.I hired GB Gisa as my contractor.I paid for windows he never installed,and he never told me he made a mistake and ordered the wrong size.When I hired another company to install them I found out the windows are much too long.They are custom made,cannot be returned.GB Gisa measured them,and ordered them.I want my money back.Its over $400.00.I am a single parent that only has 1 income.I can't afford to lose this money.Thanks for any helpDesired Settlement: Refund for windows,aprox $450.00

This complains involve 2 windows, custom ordered according to the measurement:

Window #1: 71”x60”;

Window #2: 35 ½ “x40”.

This window were ordered by me from “L&A STORE FRONT SUPPLY INC, [redacted]” on date 11/**/2012, costumer went back to the store, the store sent their people back to the residence of [redacted] to check measurement, and measurement were correct! I did not charge for install any of this window, the installation were not part of the contract. Costumer said she had no money at the time to install the windows. The hurricane sandy have nothing to do with it, because the windows [redacted] ordered were for the second floor! I had problem getting my money from [redacted] after complete my job! Her mortgage bank called me several times to making sure I receive payment from her. When I contact her to tell about her mortgage company calls, she start curse at me, I have a voice message from [redacted] that can prove it! I have a contract that only cover the 1st floor work and all the related documents. I am ready to show all the material on the negotiation!
