there was no mention of taking a culture of the toenail and sending into the lab for a diagnosis. Since there was no mention of the testing, we have asked the lab to discount her bill to half which would leave her with a balance of [redacted] instead of [redacted] after insurance contractual obligations and further discounts. I hope this will resolve the matter in question and satisfy the patient's complaints.

as the doctor stated there was no mention of taking culture of the toenail and sending it to the lab. I feel the doctor should pay for the bill, I paid [redacted] to see him. now I have to pay [redacted] plus I just got another bill from the lab for additional [redacted] now totaling [redacted] from the lab.my insurance paid [redacted] out of my HRA which left me a [redacted] balance. the lab is not in my network so my insurance will not be paying anything toward the bill. I sending you copies of my medical statements showing you my insurance is not going to pay nothing. Doctor please pay the bill so we can resolve this now
