the factory, the circular label was cut slightly off center and we received a full refund for the customerAs far as we can see, the rectangular label was made exactly like the artwork sent to us. Previously for both labels, the factory was having issues with the artwork being in the correct format(EPS format) They were not able to make adjustments to remove the gold color from the artFrom an email dated Aug 28,2014l *** said, “Unfortunately I don’t have this in another format besides PDF.” We called *** and offered to have our designers see if they could recreate the artwork in a correct formatFrom an e-mail dated Aug 31,*** said, “please hold off on getting your designer to look at my labels… I will try to send something in a workable form to save money and time going back and forth with them.” On Sept 23, 2014, *** sent us artwork that was supposed to be in the correct EPS formatSept29, the label factory said that the EPS artwork was not done correctly, it is an “image” and the different colors cannot be separated as would be needed for the original concept for the label to be printed on gold foilThe factory offered to do a proof on white paper stock, which would result in label looking the same as the artwork(There would be a delay in getting the proof made and mailed) Because of the three week delay in *** getting us the artwork, which was done incorrectly, *** asked us to just go ahead with the orderWe have subsequently communicated with *** and understand that they wanted to use the labels in tandem We have contacted the factory and will issue a complete refund of $1,for the labelsre: Stand Up Pouches for *** We sent ***, samples of each of the Stand Up Pouches she requested( oz, oz, oz, oz and oz ) In the letter dated July 19,and sent with the samples, we said, “ the bags can be sealed with our heat sealers”*** had asked us if home heat sealers would work with the bagsWe told them that the commercial heat sealers work fine with our bags, but we have no experience with home sealersThe samples were for them to experiment with*** ordered the Stand Up Pouches after the samples were sent.
