Review: The named company isn't willing to provide official written documentation to prove that there isn't any bedbug in the area that they service to my client. Because of that, my client has not been able to receive the adequate service as my agency requires this clearance letter in order for my client to return to the agency for service.Desired Settlement: We want the service provider to be able to provide an official written documentation for my client so that he would be able to return to the agency for services.
