as a first time buyer I put alot of faith in these people.alot of the vehicles here are priced way above market value I paid for a car months down the road my audi needs a Cadillac converter and a alternator I purchased the vehicle knowing it needed new.brakes and rotors so fair I put new brakes new rotors air filter new tires on this vehicle also the emergency brake doesn't work they sold thisvehicle knowing it was unsafe and they sold it way over market value I have warranty on vehicle but im being asked to wait a month till someone can look at my car even though I was told weeks ago id have my car checked out I guess the mechanic had a family emergency which shouldn't be the customers problem the value of my vehicle is grand even after all the repairs I made so im guessing at the time I bought this car the market value was around now im stuck paying for this junk and parts but hey im sure the employer's at gbnc will have a good Christmas due to the fact they are charging way more.than.what the vehicles are worth and on top of that selling vehicles that are unsafe no emergency brake ? Really merry Christmas

After trying to get a newer truck at a few of the local bigger dealerships around town, and having experiences from having a vehicle I didn't want being pushed on me, to actually leaving one dealership in tears, you could say I was extremely optimistic about trying to purchase a car from GBNC, in fact my wife found a truck that she really thought I would like, she called and talked to Justin Gettys, and made an appointment for me to go look at the truck, and maybe buy it. After all of my negative experiences I had recently I decided on the day of my appointment, that I just wasn't going to go. After some convincing by my wife, and after being a couple hours late, I arrived at GBNC to look at the truck. I arrived at the dealership and the truck was ready for me, and since I was late Justin was busy with another costumer, so Quincy started the process, and I was on my test driving the truck I was interested in. Unfortunately the truck was not a 4x4 so I didn't want it. After explaining to them I had to have 4x4, they showed me what they had and told me if I was interested in anything they had at the time I could drive it. So after looking around I found another truck, test drove it and decided I wanted it. From that point, GBNC really exceeded my expectations. I told them what I could afford, and they went to work. Here is where the excelled. After sitting a little bit and giving my information they offered me the chance to take the truck I wanted out, to drive, and to make sure I wanted it. After a couple hours I returned and Justin met me in the parking lot and said I was financed, and at that point he took me into the building to show me the terms. He worked and got a payment for me that was $200 less than the amount I told him I could afford, and this included a service contract for 12 months, 12,000 miles. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork [redacted], the owner of GBNC sat down with me and went through each and every section of paperwork that needed signed, and I can't ever remember a time in my life purchasing a vehicle, and having the contract explained as thorough as [redacted] explained it to me. I left happy with the vehicle I wanted, with a payment $200 less per month than I offered, and I actually understood what I was signing and why I was signing it. Also the first truck I looked at and drove that I decided I didn't want because it wasn't a 4x4 was such a nice truck I told my best friend about it, and he bought it. He received the same service as I did. In fact I just purchased my daughter a car just yesterday from here, and guess what? I got the same service as the first time. So I guess what I am trying to say is if you are looking to buy a vehicle in a no stress, get the car you want environment, then go see [redacted], and or one of his hard working sales team, and leave with the car you want, and the terms you ask for, or in my case maybe even better.I haven't only found a great place to buy a car, but I also made a couple of friends in the process.
