SCAM BUSINESS
False and deceptive online advertising on their website. A 86 and Older 6 way Power Seat Transmission - Rebuilt is being falsely posted for $50 as if that's the part you'll receive from them, as a complete rebuilt part, when you add to the cart. However, it's not what you'll receive. They want you to pay them in advance for receiving NOTHING. The picture of the part you'll see on their website, is totally misleading. When I contacted them to complain about this, via there sales dept. email They we're extremely rude, condescending, insulting, disrespectful, smart @s$es and liars. To just mention a few. They told me to fix my own part myself and that to let them know what the FBI says, when I told them I was going to report their business to the proper govt. authorities for their illegal business practices. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They act like psychopaths. Forget about trying to call their number(s) too. You'll never reach a live person nor will they ever call you back. It's a bogus number! This garbage shady business needs to be shut down at once. Consumer BEWARE. I suggest you report them as well to govt agencies to complain. The "A+ BBB rating" is a JOKE and also a fraud. Don't get scammed people. Take appropriate action against this con establishment.

Sometimes slow but great parts and service
I been ordering from Bryan at GBody for about 10 years for my GN. Never any issues other than a fedex damaged trim peice which they promptly replaced and sent me a free t-shirt. A few orders were delayed during covid but I get that. the sales and customer service guys are 100% on it with responses. Yall need to respect what they do for the GN community. If not for them we wouldnt be able to go online and buy parts for our 30+ year old babies...

I ordered a headliner for my car after ordering it I was told it’ll take 13 weeks. At about 10 weeks many emails I canceled the order wanting a refund. Again after many emails on this refund I finally got a reply saying I’m getting the refund wait it’s been about 2 weeks still no money and no answers back. Also I ordered a new seat cushion back in December of 2020 here it is April 13 21 still waiting and again very poor email customer service. I was told sometime in April. 🤬 very sick and tired of dealing with them and not being able to CALL customer service

I brought over $200.00 worth of guages from this place for my car and they doesn't work on my car and the owner was suppose to check it out.I purchased 3 Glow Shift guages(order #[redacted])in May 2013 for a total of $257.87.The guages did not work on my car and the owner ([redacted])was told aboutthat.He was given the information and was suppose to check it out.I tried emails and phone calls,but no response!Desired SettlementPlease refund my money.Business Response Customer ordered gauges in May 2013. He did not return the gauges within 30 days. Had he done so, he would have been promptly refunded. Now it has been nearly 18 months since the orders were processed and shipped.Consumer Response IF Gbodyparts would answer emails AND phone calls,this would have been handled a lot sooner.They have a bad reputation for customer service.

I purchased a part for my car and received it. The part was not as described and thus returned. I had [redacted] track the parcel as its value was beyond 500.00. [redacted] delivered it and it was signed for and I have yet to receive a refund for the returned part. I have tried to contact them and got no responce. The part was delivered and signed for on 9/3/2013 but the name "[redacted]". I have tried to contact them by phone, email and there website. Order placed via company's website, was charged for product, no communication and no delivery or update on product.I had placed an order for 1 x 1978 to 88 GM G-Body AC Delete to Heat Only Cover, on 2-12-14. I promptly received an email confirming the order, and was charged the correct amount. Later that day, I received an email with a [redacted] tracking number, saying the order had processed. I checked the tracking number Friday the 14th, but nothing had occoured movement wise. I then contacted Gbodyparts.com via the phone number listed on their website, and was instructed by an automated recording that I would receive faster service if I emailed them for tracking information. I complied and emailed the provided address inquiring on the status of the order. I received an Email on Monday 17th, saying [redacted] was experiencing delays due to weather, and "they picked up the order in a Toyota 4 runner.". Content with this knowing the weather situation on the East Coast, I let it go. Tuesday the 18th I had seen no movement on the supplied [redacted] tracking number. I called [redacted], whom which informed me that the package hasn't been picked up, and that the number provided was simply an origin number when the label is printed. I then placed a call to gbodyparts.com, and could get no answer at any of the 3 provided extensions, nor the operator. I left a voicemail at their tracking voicemail, as well as emailed their tracking department again. I have received no reply, no phone calls, or anything at this point. It appears nobody is answering or returning phone calls, and I as the consumer am left with no product, nobody to contact and charged for the amount of $500. Desired SettlementI am simply wanting to visit with somebody from the company at this point to know what's going on with my order, or would just like the charges refunded. More info received from the consumer 2014-02-20The merchant contacted me yesterday and has provided a full refund. More info received from the business 2014-02-20Due to weather conditions & transportation issues there was no way to ship parts. Customer sent multiple e-mails daily just to find out ours went to his spam folder. We remained open even during the snow. We refunded once requested. Not sure much more could of been done. Simple communication problems would sum this up.

The owner of gbody parts is the biggest liar, [removed] merchant fraud business man on the east coast... I just ordered a 450 deck lid for my gn... They clearly state on their website... Do not sign for package until you receive and INSPECT package... Etc... Just read their "policy"... So I ordered a 450 decklid on Thursday... at 12 noon... It shows up Saturday at 12 noon on my back patio... No signature... Sure enough. Damaged... And they will not return, exchange, or refund my money... anyone doesn't believe me... call me.. 2159087008. for pics and emails... Do not do business with this guy.

I ordered parts from these people 11 days ago, I have not received a shipping confirmation or my parts. they have their phone systems set to voice mail and wont call me back. communication has been terrible, they cant seem to find my order, or even know their own part numbers when they do contact me through email.Desired Settlementi would like to have the parts that I ordered.Business Response When the customer purchased the item via our website, the listing clearly stated that the spoiler is made to order and takes 2-3 weeks for production and customer is filing a complaint after 11 days. Never received my car part order. They kept my money.Order # [redacted], suppose to deliver Feb. 25th. Desired SettlementI ordered a part for my car. I work part time and saved my Monet. Was ordered on February 17th. Supposedly, they delivered to my old address which is abandoned house. They did not ship to shipping address which is where it was to go. I want part or refund. Can't get ahold of anyone there, sounds shady. Thanks.Business Response Part was received back to GBodyParts.com LLC today vis [redacted]. You will see the old label under the new. It was re-shipped out today at our cost. It isn't Shady it was actually 80* today Nice & sunny.
