After working with this company since early this year, it has been nothing but a pain. I began to receive orders and place the order on their site, however they fail to ship, or provide correct tracking numbers. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They will give you the run around and say that they will talk to their "shipping supervisor" but you never receive a response. I've also placed several orders for customers that are then cancelled by Bella Vi because they are out of stock, when it says in stock on their site. I have given them more chances than can physically count. Extremely frustrating.
