This company Sucks! I have been trying Since March to get my sofa repairedI keep getting nothing but the run around with this issueEvery time I call, they keep saying we need to order the partPlease call us back so we can schedule the technician to come to your homeSo I call again and get told again, oh we need to order the partI have been told this same story timesThey lie to you on the phoneThey have no intention what so ever on fixing my couchWhat a bunch of frauds I will be contacting the furniture store where I purchased this crappy warranty and demand my money back!

We paid $for a chair $for a loveseat $for sofa & $for a five years warranty for all of the items described above We started having issues with all of them a month after we bought them and we created a claim which GBS said that was a manufacture issue and they will not cover the damages We were told by manufacture That asically it was not a manufacture issue But GBS didn't want to take any responsibility After many phone calls and many hours dealing with GBS we decided to stay with the rips on our sofas instead of be weasting time on the phone we many people at their call center The next year we had more issues on the sofasThey started to ripping apart every where, then we decided to create another claim which lead us to a many phone calls and hours of our time for a resolution that they are looking every way possible to say that is not cover When we bought the sofas the salesman at [redacted] said that all of the issues that are happening will be cover by this warranty Every person that I spoke at their call center said the same thing every time: WE ARE WAITING FOR INFORMATION AND WE WILL CALL YOU BACk And they never did It's been very frustrated and disappointed to see how this company sales a warranty that doesn't cover anything

I purchased a new couch from a furniture store in Knoxville, TN, in With the purchase, I added warranty that covered yearsIn May, 2015, I noticed that the seat cushions (and one in particular) were sagging in the front of the cushion I contacted GBS Warranty Services in June and reported the problem, suggesting that the frame was broken and/or the springs/coils were damaged They said that they would send someone to assess and fix the problem It was several weeks before Fast Furniture Repair came to assess The man who assessed the issue stated that the frame was not broken, that the seat cushions were the problem and that he was going to order new cushion inserts for the seat cushions that was late June, early July I have heard NOTHING else til today when I called GBS Warranty Services and was told that the warranty DOES NOT COVER the seat cushions but suggested that I might want to contact the furniture store and make an out-of-pocket purchase of new seat cushions I informed them that I would be giving the company a negative review and recommending that PEOPLE SAVE THEIR MONEY AND DON'T BOTHER TO PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM GBS

Filed claim online and never heard from CompanyCalled a week later and was told all reps were busy and someone would call in 2-hrs No called backWait days called againI asked to send pictures of damageNever head anything backI sent and email days later no response fro companyCalled today was told email didn't go thur Sent pictures called to confirm they received themNo one called backSpoke someone this afternoon who told me because it was under a year I was the store's responsaibiltyWasted a lot of time Too bad I wasn't told that weeks ago

We paid a significant amount of money for warranty insurance and when we tried to schedule one visit to assess damage, were treated extremely rudely It took several calls and emails to set up the appointment and each time were treated like we were inconveniencing someone Extremely, extremely frustrated and disappointed

Purchased sofa and loveseat 10/25/Three years later, called in a claim for tears in the seat cushions due to "sharp objects" on the back pockets of jeansClaim was denied as they looked at pictures and said my pet did itIt is now over years and we are due our $back for purchasing the warranty and never using itThis was promised us at purchaseI'm waiting for our refund and will post an update to let all know where we standNot happy with GBS Enterprises and how they denied my claim

I am very disappointed in GBS and the fact that they continue to not honor their warranty I feel I wasted my money when I purchased GBS insurance from Ashley's when I made my table purchase My kid spilled soda and it was left overnightThe soda ate the paint/finishWhen I called to file a claim and submitted the pictures they asked for, I'm told that it was a chemical spillReally? Why would I lie? I have way better things to do than to lie about a soda spill This all sounds like an excuse to not honor their warrantyIt's bad enough that they don't want to honor the warranty but what is more upsetting is that they accused me of lying I'm not only disappointed but I'm disgusted with this service
PLEASE EVERYONE DO YOUR HOMEWORK LEARN FROM OTHERS I have never written a review for anything but this review was very much needed I would have for someone else to be taken advantage of

I had just bought a sofa and a table that cost $in total and I also bought a protection guarantee from GBS that protects my furniture for years and the cost was $I called them because my sofa had gotten torn up by mistake and my table has a scratch and some water stains got on the table by accidentWhen I reported what happened not only did it take months for them to finally call me and come to my house but when I called again to see if they were going to cover it they said there was "multiple damages" and they weren't going to cover itThe card they gave me that says what gets covered specifically says it covers holes, scratched and stains due to fluids or foodSince they said they can cover it in the card I don't understand why they are refusing to cover itThis company is a scam that just wants your money and doesn't take things into considerationThe people working for the company are arrogant and obviously don't know what they are doingThey have robbed my moneyI have found out through many other people that I have talked to about this and the same thing has happened to themThis company is a fraud, they just use your money and never follow up with what they say

We paid $383 for a chair $577 for a loveseat $765 for sofa & $290 for a five years warranty for all of the items described above.

I called the warranty service for a rip in my leather sofa that in their paperwork is covered. However, the person I spoke to in claims told me that the rip occurred from a piece of metal from within the sofa itself there fore that is considered frame breakage which is not covered. This warranty service is a total rip off. They have an excuse for any damage. They should be shut down!!!

I called to file a claim on my chase lounge back in November. It is cream and so after 2 years, yes, the color as started to change. I called regarding specific mud stains my dog got on the couch one day. They took my information and said that I would receive a call in the next 5-10 business days. 4 weeks passed [redacted] no call. I called back and they took my information again. Finally the technician came out on [redacted] a12th, 7 weeks after my initial claim. He then said that the chase had a accumulation of stains where the mud had been. I explained that after 6 weeks the stains have set (obviously) and he explained he was unable to clean it because of this. He also said that because the chase had changed color over time that his spot cleaning process would leave spots. I was told he would file a claim to see if they could send someone to do a deeper cleaning and I would receive a call from GBS no later than 5 days. After 8 days of no call I called them again. They explained they would try to "unfile a claim" since they couldn't actually help me. Then I received another call over a week later to explain this warranty program to me. I was told in a nutshell it is not their fault that they took 6 weeks to come out and regardless the stains are now accumulated so they will not clean it. I was also told if I wanted my pillow tears to be fixed I would first need to pay out of pocket to clean my entire couch because those fall under accumulation now too. It doesn't make any sense that I have to pay out of pocket before they are willing to actually let me claim something that it covered under the plan. To make matters worse they have god awful customer service and all sound like they do not care at all about fixing the furniture. This company proves to embody poor communication skills, awful follow up and lack of turn around. They will make an excuse to ensure they don't need to clean your furniture and are not a one stop shop since they have to move your claim through multiple levels then a 3rd party cleaning crew. Absolute nightmare. I wish I had been educated on how miserable it would be to utilize their warranty, which is really just a scam that has helped keep the in business for 31 years. I will ensure to share my experience with others if asked.
