While we question the number of keys that our former client claimed were in our possession, we have offered to pay for the re-keying of the lock, in the spirit of good customer relations.? Our former client suggested that we offset the re-keying cost by issuing a credit to our June invoice.? We have offered to credit the June invoice and pay for the re-keying.? As of 9:p.mEastern Time today, we have not received a response from our former client.? determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I attempted to contact GCA Services myself with regards to this complaint and they would not respond to me so I would prefer to resolve this issue with the help of the Revdex.com.  Please let me know what steps I need to take next in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Due to the lack of response from GCA Services we have already taken care of the issue and asked them to disregard our bill from June 2015, which they agreed to do.  We have been thew ones to initiated all contact with this company with limited response and never an attempt to resolve the issue until the Revdex.com was involved.  At this point I am considering this resolved, but want to make it known that it was not because of any effort made by GCA Services.
