In response to the complaint from [redacted] :It is unfortunate she scheduled an appointment andsent her husband in for an alignment on her carinstead of asking us to diagnose her problemWe didupon our test drive advise him of a vibration in thetires and upon inspection of the front end found aloose tie rodWe offered her husband the repair atthat time and after being unable to reach her at thetime he decided to have us go ahead and align thevehicle as good as we could with the agreement that ifshe retuned for the service we would re-align the carwithout chargeAs she has decided to have someoneelse make the repairs instead of us, I guess our mostcourteous solution would be to refund her alignmentless the original inspection fee$- $=$refundWe do feel, as the customer also statedin her letter, that had she asked us to diagnose herproblem instead of scheduling her car for what SHEthought was needed (an alignment) this problemcould have been avoidedIf this is acceptable to herplease let me know and I will refund her the difference.Thanks
