Review: Sent speakers back to them to get repair.I sent them on 8/30/2013. Go to fedex.com and the tracking number is [redacted] . I call and when I do it's always the same story, they still here.How can somebody hold's your product over a month.I also sent proper paper work wit it also so all this wouldn't hold up the process of me getting my stuff repair.If this doesn't work i'm gonna hire me a lawyer.Desired Settlement: Jus want my speakers back and due to the fact I had to reimburse alot of folks cause of the hold up of gemini I feel they should also give me a another xtr-500 set up or 1000.00 . Other i'll never order from again.

This unit is a discontinued product for 2+ years. In order to repair it we needed special order a part from China. Product was repaired and shipped out on 10/14/13. It was returned to us by freight company on 10/21/13, because the customer provided the wrong address. We have contacted the customer to provide the correct address and unit is shipping out today 10/24/13, UPS tracking # [redacted].

Review: I started a entertainment business and I purchased 9 of your speakers in the past 5 months. Love the sound of your product, however one of my GVX powered speakers blew and stopped working. I have been in contact with one of your reps and can't seem to get this speaker replaced. I have an event coming upon the 19th of OCTOBER and have been trying to resolve this issue for about a month now. I am under a one year warranty. Thanks.Desired Settlement: Just replace the speaker. I have no time for it to be repaired. They were supposed to send a ups sticker to send the speaker back. It never happened.

Customer first contacted GCI Technology Corp. on 9/18/13. RMA #[redacted] was issued on this date. Unit was physically received in our service department on 10/14/2013. Unit will be repaired under our 1 year warranty policy and should ship out within the next two weeks.

Review: Dual Wireles Microphone systemm and one of the microhones won't work. I contated them on May 21 2014 they said they needed a copy of the in voice which I faxed to them right away. I called on May 22 2014 to make sure they receied the fax. [redacted] said they had received and would send a replacement out right away,this is June 19th and after some phone calls, no michropphone yet.A poor way to do business. Any help would be appreciated to resoulve this matter.Desired Settlement: REplace Microphone for Gemini UHF 216M Dual WIreless Microphone system.

Review: I purchased a Gemini XGA 4000 DJ Amplifier from Planet DJ. I used the product 1 time and the second time I had to use it for a gig one of the channels in the Amplifier did not work. I contacted Planet DJ and they told me that they only cover the equipment for 1 month. That I needed to contact Gemini Sound for warranty. I contacted Gemini Sound and spoke to one of their employees. I told the employee about the amplifier and also that I needed to get the issue taken care of pretty quickly because I had another gig on the 12th of April. He told me that he would try. I was told that a label was mailed for me to send the defective amplifier back for repair. The label never came. I asked him again and he told me this time that he would let me know when the label come out. I feel like this employee is giving me the run around. I ended up having to buy another amplifier to cover my next event. It is unacceptable that the item broke after the 1st use.Desired Settlement: If available I would like to send this back to the manufacturer and get a full refund for it. If not possible I want this item fixed and returned to me as soon as possible. The only reason I ask for a refund is because due to this I had to buy another amplifier. This was substandard equipment.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received to date any emails or UPS la els from the company. No one has called either.

I did not receive any emails or calls from this company. No UPS label either.

Review: I sent in my DMIX-600 because it just out of the blue had stopped working. GCI received the unit on April 17th , I was told the unit would be diagnosed and I would be contacted and told how much it would cost to fix due to it being out of warranty. I waited four weeks and heard nothing. I called several times and waited on hold for up to 90 minutes without getting anyone to answer the phone. I emailed several times finally getting a return email from a service person on June 3rd (seven weeks later) telling me “I will will look into it and get back to you in a day or so” but I never heard from him. I started calling again and was always told that “the unit is being serviced” and that “someone will get back to you” but that never happened. In late June I then spoke with another service person and was given’ the same runaround, he told me he would “take over this and find out what was going on and get back to me”, but I never heard from him.

On Monday July 7th I spoke with the first service person again and he informed me that my unit was out of warranty (which I already knew) and that they would be returning it to me. I asked if they had found the problem and he said he didn’t know. I asked if I would be notified when it’s on its way back to me, he said yes I would receive an email. As of noon July 9th I have not been notified that it has shipped so I called again and spoke with the second service person I heard him ask the first service person what was going on with the DMIX-600 and I heard the first service person tell him that “they finally found the unit and that it is out of warranty” so the second service person came back on the line and told me “the unit is out of warranty (again which I already knew) and that a label has been printed for it to ship back to me”. As of today July 15th I have heard nothing.

The service people had lost my DMIX-600 and the “Customer Service” people lied to me for weeks on end saying “it was being serviced”.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my unit fixed.
