GCR's Auto Collision

Nov 2, 2016I have been contacted by GCR's Auto Collision INC that you came to them for a full restoration back in February, 2016.My understanding is the body shop had your car during the months of March through August 29th, when a deposit was madeUntil August 29th, there was no other
payments made to the body shop.The deposit on August 29th, was made via Pay PalThe body shop informed you that this was the first time ever being paid via Pay Pal.Christine set up an account and received the following deposit of $1941.70.My understand is your wanting a refund from the body shop since your changed your mind and could not commit to the full restoration process.You made arrangements to pick up your vehicle October 20th, The body shop had your vesicle in their inside storage from March through October 20th, 2016.I'm in the process of taking care of the refundYou will receive a notification once completed and the amount being processed.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.Thank you,Rick

I am rejecting this response because:
all pertinent emails were not includedPlease see email dated October 2016, as per our agreement I was supposed to receive $minus the tow bill, $168.00, which should be $I picked up the car October 20, 2016 and should have been paid at that timeThey asked if I could wait until November 15, to get paidI waited and still no paymentI then began calling about the payment and received no reply until I contacted the Revdex.com after which they proceeded to send me bogus receipts that do not coincide with the attached dialogue in the emails
Please see retaliation which was sent to PaypalThese are not the payment terms that were agreed upon in our emailsInstead of charging for towing, I was charged I was also charged $
for storage in a heated building for the summer months and a $additional processing fees which was also not agreed upon when I made my depositThese charges were brought to my attention after contacting Revdex.comThese definitely bogus claims since they are not trying to pay my refundThese are the type of people I am dealing withIf you have any questions, please contact me directly @ 301-343-1317.Regards,
