I am rejecting this response because:
all pertinent emails were not included. Please see email dated October 19. 2016, as per our agreement I was supposed to receive $1941.70 minus the tow bill, $168.00, which should be $1773.70. I picked up the car October 20, 2016 and should have been paid at that time. They asked if I could wait until November 15, 2016 to get paid. I waited and still no payment. I then began calling about the payment and received no reply until I contacted the Revdex.com after which they proceeded to send me bogus receipts that do not coincide with the attached dialogue in the emails.
Please see retaliation which was sent to  Paypal. These are not the payment terms that were agreed upon in our emails. Instead of charging 168 for towing, I was charged 260. I was also charged $500
for storage in a heated building for the summer months and a $320.00 additional processing fees which was also not agreed upon when I made my deposit. These charges were brought to my attention after contacting Revdex.com. These definitely bogus claims since they are not trying to pay my refund. These are the type of people I am dealing with.
