Robert Tree services removed a dead tree from our front yard Large tree with heavy branches I witnessed several times when the branches cut were too heavy to be lined down and were dropped, Tree was removed and a cleanup made I paid them in full The next day, I noticed that one of the cap stones on our wall adjacent to the driveway and near the tree that was removed had a piece broken off I immediately took a photo and sent it to Robert Tree Services via a text message, Which is the phone number that they use I tried to call and text repeatedly and got no response
Robert Tree Services LLC was hired by my neighbor to cut a backyard treeHis staff damage my shedMany attempts was made to call tgis company to address the damages done from tree parts the fell on top of the shedThe shed have a hole which allowed rain to get inside the next dayThe inside of the shed received water damageBags of charcoal blankets, clothes and air conditioners were damagedThe owner of the tree company too weeks to come assess what was doneA agreement was made to replace the shed and his workers install itThe time frame to replace the shed was unable to be establishedThe tree company left debris around my property and when told of the garbage left behind his workers could not understand english to address my concernsRobert Tree Services LLC supposed to license and insuredThe owner filed to address this matter in a timely fashionThe shed is not even a year oldThe roof of the shed had been coveredThe shed will be getting replaced this week by me
WE PAID FOR THE REMOVAL OF TWO TREES AND THE GRINDING TO FOUR INCHES BELOW GRADE OF THE STUMPSWHEN THE WORKERS WERE FINISHED, THE CHIPS COVERED THE STUMPS THEY SAID IT WAS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE THE CHIPSWHEN WE REMOVED THE CHIPS A GREAT DEAL OF THE STUMP REMAINED, IN PLACES AS MUCH AS SIX INCHES ABOVE GRADE
OUR PHONE CALLS (SINCE BACK IN THE MONTH OF JUNE ) WERE RARELY ANSWERED .WE SENT AN EMAIL AND A LETTER AUGUST 21ST THAT WAS NEVER ANSWEREDTHEY CLAIMED THAT THEIR STUMP GRINDING MACHINE WAS BROKENTHEY PROMISED TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB , BUT NEVER DID IT'S THREE MONTHS LATER AND WHEN YOU CALL , IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER ,THEY STILL TELL YOU THAT THEIR STUMP GRINDING MACHINE IS BROKEN
MY ADVICE IS DO NOT PAY UNTIL THEY HAVE FINISHED THE JOB AND YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO INSPECT AFTER THE CHIPS HAVE BEEN REMOVED
