GCS took over for another consulting firm in our Not for Profit. About a week later, before they were able to install monitoring tools, we were hit with a malware/ransomware attack. Our data was being encrypted, until they detected and stopped it, but the damage was done. They had had time to install disaster recovery software which saved the day. They worked 24x7 to restore our network. No ransom was paid. I am afraid to image how this would have been handled by the prior consulting firm.
Since then, they have built and tech roadmap for us. They said that there would be monthly meetings and they bug us until we can find a time we can all meet. Meeting with the prior firm was like a sales meeting.
Then COVID-19 hit and they had to scramble to get about 100 users working from home using organization equipment and personal equipment. Again a monumental effort was required but they were equal to the challenge. Support is responsive. We have an amazing project manager who jumps into difficult or urgent problems.
I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Following up on our telephone conversation of Wednesday, Innovative Physician Associates has successfully wound down its operations and is no longer in need of the servers provided by GCS; please stop our services effective March 31, 2020.
As we discussed, Innovative Physician Associates was 'saved' by GCS' quick and deliberate assumption of providing services to us in the Summer of 2016. Given the predicament its MSO provider placed us in on its abrupt closure, GCS delivered everything we needed to continue in operation for four more years.
My colleagues and I will never forget the high level of services GCS provided, limited downtime, lightening response to our issues and the fulfillment of all of our IT needs.

GCS did an exceptional job migrating our outdated servers to a Hyper-V platform on Windows Server 2016. The migration went smoothly and without any problems whatsoever. They were very easy and pleasant to work with, and clearly very competent.

Our business ran into a catastrophic disaster situation when a windows update completely disable our production server and domain controller. None of our regular consultants could make it on site to help us - so we began looking online for anyone who might be willing to come into our office quickly. We spent a significant amount of money for IBM to come in and Microsoft tech support over the phone - to no avail. Only after contacting GCS did we get a positive response. Israr came out that same day with one of his senior techs, even though they had a full schedule that day, to see if they could get us back up and running quickly. As it turned out, they both stayed that entire Friday to work together with us to rebuild boot partitions that had been destroyed. By the time they left (after 11PM!), all the servers were back up running and a temporary cloned server was in place in case of a future failure. In addition, it was later discovered that one of our most important SQL databases had been corrupted - and they spent several hours remotely getting it repaired and functioning again. Their willingness to assist at such late notice, their fairness in how the incident was billed and their always positive attitude and demeanor convinced me that we wanted to use them in all of our future consulting work, including a complete upgrade to the entire hardware and software infrastructure of our business. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality support.

I'm grateful for Israr and his team. I called him on Sunday morning at about 10:30 am and left a voicemail that our server was down. He called back within 1/2 hour and another 20 minutes later his tech was onsite. it took a little while, but he got the server up 1:30 and diagnosed another problem that we had to order parts for. All in all outstanding service!
