We apologize for any misunderstanding. The state changed a rate and we were not immediately notified. When we contacted the state, their records did not agree with Paycom, at which time we documented our position and they agreed with Paycom. ...

A refund is due the client, and they should be eligible to claim the refund in four to six weeks once the state updates their records. We disagree that we are in breach of contract as the issue has been resolved with the state and the client will receive a refund.
