worst company I have ever dealt with I bought a house with their system concord express We didn't know the master code and found out that it is UNPROGRAMMABLE!!! Thats right If you don't know it it can't be fixed THATS LIKE BUYING A CAR LOSING A KEY AND NEVER BEING ABLE TO USE THAT CAR AGAIN The reason they do this is to sell more units!!!! I called them and the guy on the phone said sarcastically, "what do you want me to do about it?" And hung up on me Do not ever do business with this terrible company
