These renters (not property owners) scheduled us to come out on a Wedsnesday to do the work, and we came on that Wednesday. We did the work to ISA standards, they left before we finished, and 5 days later asked us to come back, just because they didn't like 3 branches, even though they should have remained for the benefit of the tree. I sent my crew back out at my convenience, when I had the time (within a few days and removed those 3 branches). Then they had the nerve to ask me to have the crew come out again. I said "no" to the renters who are moving in a matter of a few weeks. GE Tree Service is very professional, and we go out of our way to provide amazing service within reason. Our hundreds of ratings and reviews reflect that quality of service. This review was left by a wife I never spoke to or met with.
Update to the renters: The job was scheduled for a day the wife would be home. We scheduled two projects in Parker that day. When we are done with one project and are ready to move on to the next, we don't sit around waiting for someone to come home. Keep in mind, I was told what the customer was unsatified with, and I personally went out and inspected the work (it was 3 low branches), and I sent my crew back out in a few days and did what the renter was unhappy with, without hesitation or frustration. The only issue here is they wanted me to send my crew out for a third time.

My husband and I had a good feeling about this company and it's too bad they don't value their customers. The trimming work was OK, but the communication with this company is terrible! They don't return calls in a timely manner. They schedule and come to your property on their time regardless to whether or not you requested you want to be present. Unwilling to return and finish areas that you would like additional trimming, stating it was trimmed to standards. Keeping in mind this would not have occurred if we had been home as requested. I wish we had chosen *** instead. Lesson learned.
