I placed an order in the middle of November with this companyIt is now December with no itemsWebsite stated that items would be shipped within 2-days of orderTried to call company several times, it just rings until it goes to a voicemail that is clearly never checkedEmailed many, many, many timesFinally got a response that stated items were shipped through [redacted] and a tracking numberWhen I researched this tracking number it only existed through [redacted] I emailed them again and the lady responded with an apology and stated that it was in fact shipped through [redacted] [redacted]

Do not order from this company! I ordered and then had to call to find out why my order hadn't shipped Finally got it and my hover board was defective Tried to contact them many times by phone and email Finally got one response but when I tried to get clarification on how to proceed with an exchange, I never heard from the again [redacted] !

Website states to day deliveryOrdered hoverboard on sale for $on Dec 17, credit card billing was on dec Around PM EST, dec I started trying to contact the company Evidently there is only ONE employee by name of ***- since 12/have tried to contact by email/text and phone approximately timesNO RESPONSEHowever, he certainly got his money and I have an year old still with no Christmas Please help me with this matter Thanks

DO NOT buy from this company! We ordered a hoverboard on December 15, for my daughter - promised to be delivered by Christmas A few minutes after we placed the order, we received an e-mail order confirmation promising a shipping label in 2-days But we have not received any other communication from this company since - no shipping label, nothing We left numerous e-mails and voicemails for them but we have not heard from them We have demanded a full refund and will never have anything to do with this company again!!!!! ***

I ordered a hoverboard on Sunday My money was taken the site said Christmas deliveryI have called numerous times and reached voicemail every time This site also says to email and has not returned one email or voicemail days before Christmas and I have heard nothing about my order

I purchased *** for I did not receive a confirmation e mail or A tracking # one of my *** was delivered but have yet to see the other one I cannot contact these people they will not answer the phone or respond to any of the e mails I sent .*** and now I have to dispute charge on my credit card

Well it's Christmas Eve and the one thing my son wanted was a Hoover board. So I didn't want to buy one but I did. Last Sunday on the website it stated guaranteed deliver prior to Christmas. I have Called all week no answer, several emails no reply. And guess what today my wife drove and hour and a half to buy another Hoover board!!!! Why because the one I ordered isn't here. This was my first and last time ever shop at gear2getme. Terrible customer service so far, [redacted]! I get that mistakes happen but anyone can return a email or answer a phone. Thanks for nothing from Southern Illinois.

This company take me 247.00 out my account with no product and they have not refund my money!! [redacted]!! Never order fro gear2me ever!!

You will NOT be able to reach them.

The hover board we received does not charge, we tried ordering a new charger but that doesn't work either, the problem seems to with the hover board, we mailed gear 2 get me to ask for assistance, they asked us to send a video of the problem which we did, since then we have been mailing them, and there is no response from them at all, its the worst service I have ever received from a company, I regret ever having made the choice to use their services. Its a waste of money, we have asking them to tell us how to return it at least of they don't have a solution to this, but there is no response from them whatsoever.
