Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belI had taken my vehicle to someone else because it took over a week to get it back in May of 'and I had taken it in because I was trying to get an alignment and the bolt was froze in NOT broke..They broke it there and as a matter of fact the bolt was severed when I had taken it to the other Machanic which it was not when I dropped it off at Gearheads That was not the issue ,the issue was that I had to replace bearings in less then a year of Gearheads replacing them and the vehicle was not used on a daily basis during the year ? I still stand by what I want ? my money back because I had to pay someone else to replace them ? and was told they were t replaced and would have lasted longer then a year ? Regards, [redacted] ? ?

I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] ***I did replace the Front wheel bearing on her car in early I never heard a word of any problemIn early 2015, she came in with an issue with a? Rear control arm broken bolt (nothing to do with the front wheel bearings)? She had had the car at another garage and they were not able to fix the problem, so she brought it to usWe had the car and had to order the necessary partShe couldn’t wait for the part, so took the carThe part did arrive at our shop a few days later, but she never came back for us to do the repair, so we ended up sending the part backShe was not charged for this service and at this time never mentioned any issues with the front wheel bearings that we had replaced in early 2014.I was surprised to get this complaint, because she never came to us to say she was having issues with the bearingsI’m not sure what she is asking for in this complaint? The wheel bearings usually only have a year manufacture warranty? I can file a claim with the manufacturer if she’d like, but I think they will come back and say they’re out of warranteeLet me know if you need me to send any necessary paperwork.Thank you, [redacted] Manager
