This is by far the worst customer I have ever dealt withWe work hard to take care of our customers, and we worked very hard to make *** HappyBut you cannot make some one happy if they are determined to be miserable and disagreeable

old car in very bad condition with no brakesHis car really needs allot of workHe is determined to blame us for this factThe Parts needed to repair to his car are not available for sale and are not being made anymoreWe could not continue with his repair because we could not get a master cylinder anywhere for itWe tried all our sources for parts and he tried all the parts places he could find himself with no luckHe became irate when we could not get the master cylinder and was very abusive to staffWe had many problems with *** coming in and yelling on several occasionsHe was also calling or just showing up and harassing employees multiple times in the day
I called him after he had yelled at an employee who was helping another customer ahead of him in lineI told him that we did not want to work on his car because of his behaviorHe threatened to call his credit card company and say the he did not approve of the charges to his card(We have signed receipts and signed invoices to prove he approved the payments) (Also have surveillance video of his visits) After he made his threat to claim fraudI refunded all payments he made with his credit cards, and informed *** that he would have to pay cash to get the car backThis led to a huge temper tantrumHe yelled at and threatened employeesHe was told he could not talk to staff like that, and he responded by saying what are you gonna do about itWell, we removed him from the store, where he called the police
The police told us they were familiar with him and that he does this all over the placeWe told the police we would love to get his car off our lot and all he had to do was pay for the brake lines we changed and work done to that pointThey told him the sameHe then presented them with a fake home made receipt showing he paidAfter the police showed us this fake receipt we showed them the real refund receipts we issued to his card, He finally relented and paid in cash(which I had to discount because he only had $of the $owed.) Then we informed the police that he was trespassing and the police told him and his wife they would be arrested if they returned to the premises
I feel sorry for anyone who is forced to deal with these peopleThey are are dishonest and just looking to scam from local businesses
