I purchased a six month meal plan/fitness package from Stephanie in March using paypall ($USD)As stated in her emails of the program, I was added to the website Evolution Nutrition where I was supposed to receive my weekly meal plansBy May I had only received weeks worth of meal plans, and I continued to email her multiple times a monthAs she was getting great reviews and the *** group I had initially found her on (*** *** ***) said she just is slow to respond) I kept giving her chancesI found her personal *** profile and messaged her in August to which she responded promptly (as I mentioned the situation over the *** group) and she said she apologizes and will look into my account that dayHadn't heard from her to this day (November 9th 2017)I had emailed her multiple times saying I want a refund, etc to no responseIn october I decided to contact pay-pall, however it was paste their days and will not reimburse me or even open the case
