As we talked this is how it happened we work with *** flowers and get the order through the computer we got this order at 1.30In the complaint it says delivery on we have delivery date and that's when we delivered Then she called us and said that's not what they ordered it
should of been all blue matching her office We go by recipy and on the order it says blue hydrangea white lily green carnations, white Monte casino in a white container So wrong order was sent to our shop by *** We asked *** since it was their mistake to pay cost of goods for the first one and full price for another one that we will redeliver it they refused to pay saying that customer said the flowers were wilted but that's not what recipient told us , we were still going to deliver another one to keep her happy but *** canceled the order , and we didn't here from them after If you need any more information please let me know thanks
