Telephone response received from the company as follows: The company stated that the reason they haven't finished the job is the job is still not paid for.The company stated that the contractor said the homeowner was supposed to pay it and the homeowner said that she already paid the contractor
and he is caught in between these two disputes. The company stated that they haven't supplied the extra clips they want due to this dispute and that the extra clips are not required from the design people.The company stated that they are willing to supply the clips if that will make her happy The company stated but they do have a payment issue and that's why they haven't completed the job
