I would be happy to talk to the customer, Mr*** had his vehicle repaired by another Auto Collision Repair facility 5yrs ago and the paint failed on the vehicleMr*** did not want to go back to the original repair facility so the Insurance Coasked Bonnell Motors to refinish the

The salesperson was incorrect that we were unable to do what Mrs. [redacted] was looking for in regards to Fords low APR rate.This is being handled and should be resolved within a couple of days.Thanks,[redacted]
I tried reaching out to Mrs [redacted] (today 6/13) to see what happened she has purchased multiple vehicles from us and all from the same salesperson. [redacted] has been using the Rewards program for a number of years and customers earn credits for service at our dealership that can be used...
for future savings.We have two separate programs one for sales and one for service. Mrs [redacted] did not have any rewards in her service account I presume because we are not close for service for her.If there has been no activity in the account for 2Years the account automatically expires which show's in the attachment.I would gladly refund Mrs [redacted] the money for her inconvience and confusion for not being properly explained.[redacted]
