Unfortunately we purchased a summit kegorator years ago and needed a repairBoth the distributor and corporate office of our kegorator said that Rambs was the only license repair facility that was able to work on our appliance in our areaWe live in the Seminole county areaOver the last four weeks I have left them voice mails and have yet to get a call backWhen you call their main number it states many extensions to try and I have actually left a very specific detailed kind vm on each and every extension they have as an option and not one call back I do not recommend this company at allIf they don't have the decency to call a customer back that is willing to pay for a service they should not be in business

My home warranty chose to call L & R, Ramb's Appliance to repair our dishwasher After visits the dishwasher was still not working These people don't know what they are doing

The owner came out to service our AC unit and was very professional and helpfulHe even took the time to show me how to set my upstairs and downstairs units for schedule varying temperaturesI would highly recommend him in the future

Rambs Appliance Repair, Incrude, unprofessional, and completely unethical Up to date I have asked to speak to a supervisor, which I was denied, and I have demanded a refund, which I was also denied Here it goes, so beginning of January I called the my home warranty company for service on my microwave because it blew a fuse or something and my refrigerator/ice maker & water dispenser cause it was leaking and causing ice blocks inside the freezer Rambs Appliance Repair Inccame out to my home on 01/05/The technician looked at both appliances and "ordered parts"At this time he was paid $for the service callAfter getting the run around for nearly days, Rambs made an appointment for 02/04/to come and repair the appliances stating the parts had come inThey gave us a window from 8-12pm, but at 11:45am we receive a call telling the technician is on his way BUT he has ordered the wrong parts for BOTH problemsAfter another month of the run around they came 03/11/and told us the same thing, the wrong parts have been ordered The technician that came out, pulled the fridge out and said the original technician didn't even look to see what the problem wasNow that he has looked he will ordered the right stuffLater on my husband goes to wash dishes but the water pressure is low and it's only HOT waterThen he sees water starts pour from under the fridge, he pulls out the fridge and the technician must've broke the hose that connects to the fridge from the sink for the water dispenserWe called the company back they said we needed to contact a plumberNow, not only has my two original problems not been fixed, but now I have to get a plumber to the house to fix what the Rambs technician brokeMeanwhile the microwave still isn't fixed and the ice maker/water dispenser is worse than it was to begin withI have placed two formal complaints with my home warranty company and asked that this company never be dispatched to my house againI had to go all weekend with the broken hose which was pouring water out, zipped tied to the dish rack pointed into the sink, waiting on a plumber to come out to fix the issue Rambs cause My home warranty company has designated a case worker to overlook this work order and follow it through every step of the wayIt has been told to me that the original work order has been open for DAYSAt this point, my home warranty dispatches a different company to come out to my house On 03/16/the new company was dispatched to my house and determined the microwave should just be replaced because the parts are no longer availableHowever, with the broken parts Rambs cause on the refrigerator, the technician didn't want to look at it until the plumber came out and fixed the houseOn 03/17/the plumber came to the house took a look at the problem, ran to the local [redacted] , and within minutes repaired the issue As of 03/21/16, with neither problem being fixed, I have received word that my microwave has been ordered and the new appliance company will be at the house today to look at the refrigerator

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS THEY SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER RUDELY AND THEIR STAFF LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR MINUTES YOU CANT EVER GET THROUGH WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM I HAVE A WARRANTY AND THE MANGER TOLD ME TOO BAD IF I DIDNT LIKE IT AS THEY WERE THE ONLY SERVICING BUSINESS IN MY AREA RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CAN I WAITED FOR MY PART FOR OVER DAYS AND MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED RUN AWAY FAST!!!

I have an extended warranty for my kitchen appliances which is now covered by [redacted] I had a minor problem with my dishwasher, the door would not remain up when it was almost closed It would do stay slightly open for year until weeks ago At that time the door would flop down to the completely open position [redacted] must have subcontracted the work with RAMB AppliancesWhen the technician arrived at my house his cloths looked like he had been sleeping in them for a month They were very dirty and unkeptWhen I explained and showed him the problem, he told me there was no problem I explained to him that the door resently started flopping down instead of staying slightly open, so he decided to work on it He did get the door to stay propped openAfter he left I realized that the door will not stay all the way open now, it will only stay open if there is some weight put on it But the absolute worst thing Thai I discovered after he left were drops of blood in the dishwasher I did respond to them via their survey but I have not heard back from them

Terrible service an inept technicians We had American Home Shield call this company to service our refrigeratorI regret they selected this company on my behalf I paid the technician $for him to come out In total they came out three fixing one problem and creating another The initial problem was the refrigerator not working After he came out to repair the refrigerator suddenly the ice maker was not working It was working before he came to fix the refrigerator but something happened that it now was not working They ordered parts and repaired the ice maker One day latter it started leaking where the valve connecting the tube from the refrigerator to the wall It wasn't leaking before they came and now it was leaking They took it upon themselves to notify the home warranty company and order a plumber without notifying the owner So a simple repair came out to three calls and an additional plumber call It's clear they are inept, not honest and use bad practices

We cannot begin to express how disappointed we are with this businessIt does not deserve to represent Frigidaire as an authorized service center, given its extremely poor service in our caseWe were charged almost $for a service call to diagnose the problem with our stove, which broke at months out of warranty on Thanksgiving Day in the middle of cooking our Thanksgiving DinnerWithin a week, the service tech diagnosed the problem, and said a new power supply part had to be ordered and we would be contacted by Ramb's to follow through on the order of the part and schedule the repairWe were not contactedA two weeks later, since we had heard NOTHING, we CALLED THEM - only to be told that they could do nothing for us until we paid for the part to be ordered and the person who scheduled repairs wouldn't be back until the first of the yearShe would follow up with us thenAnd here we are, days into the new year, charged for a part, no call back - and no return call to OUR call to themAt this point, we're starting over with Frigidaire because it's obvious RAMB's has ripped us off for the service call and the part, and never intends to follow through with providing repair service or ....any service at all

Here it goes, so beginning of January I called the my home warranty company for service on my microwave because it blew a fuse or something and my refrigerator/ice maker & water dispenser cause it was leaking and causing ice blocks inside the freezer.
Rambs Appliance Repair Inc. came out to my home on 01/05/16. The technician looked at both appliances and "ordered parts". At this time he was paid $75.00 for the service call. After getting the run around for nearly 30 days, Rambs made an appointment for 02/04/16 to come and repair the appliances stating the parts had come in. They gave us a window from 8-12pm, but at 11:45am we receive a call telling the technician is on his way BUT he has ordered the wrong parts for BOTH problems. After another month of the run around they came 03/11/16 and told us the same thing, the wrong parts have been ordered The technician that came out, pulled the fridge out and said the original technician didn't even look to see what the problem was. Now that he has looked he will ordered the right stuff. Later on my husband goes to wash dishes but the water pressure is low and it's only HOT water. Then he sees water starts pour from under the fridge, he pulls out the fridge and the technician must've broke the hose that connects to the fridge from the sink for the water dispenser. We called the company back they said we needed to contact a plumber. Now, not only has my two original problems not been fixed, but now I have to get a plumber to the house to fix what the Rambs technician broke. Meanwhile the microwave still isn't fixed and the ice maker/water dispenser is worse than it was to begin with. I have placed two formal complaints with my home warranty company and asked that this company never be dispatched to my house again. I had to go all weekend with the broken hose which was pouring water out, zipped tied to the dish rack pointed into the sink, waiting on a plumber to come out to fix the issue Rambs cause.

My home warranty company has designated a case worker to overlook this work order and follow it through every step of the way. It has been told to me that the original work order has been open for 73 DAYS. At this point, my home warranty dispatches a different company to come out to my house.
On 03/16/16 the new company was dispatched to my house and determined the microwave should just be replaced because the parts are no longer available. However, with the broken parts Rambs cause on the refrigerator, the technician didn't want to look at it until the plumber came out and fixed the house. On 03/17/16 the plumber came to the house took a look at the problem, ran to the local [redacted], and within 10 minutes repaired the issue.

As of 03/21/16, with neither problem being fixed, I have received word that my microwave has been ordered and the new appliance company will be at the house today to look at the refrigerator.

My home warranty chose to call L & R, Ramb's Appliance to repair our dishwasher. After 12 visits the dishwasher was still not working. These people don't know what they are doing.

Down South is a fantastic company. Mr. Rose is an honest man, does what he says he will do, is fair, and performs fantastic work. I highly recommend Down South Heating and Air. Mr. Rose and his employees arrived at my home, completed the job in a timely manner and displayed quality, professional work. As long as this company is in business, I will not use anyone else.

We live in the Seminole county area. Over the last four weeks I have left them 7 voice mails and have yet to get a call back. I do not recommend this company at all. If they don't have the decency to call a customer back that is willing to pay for a service they should not be in business.

After the hurricane Down South was referred to me to get an estimate to install a whole home generator. James made the extra effort to go out of his way to come by my home that evening. I really appreciated his great customer service and patience with me. He was very detailed in explaining what was required on my behalf and informed me of the potential cost of the entire project. I really appreciated his honesty and rare customer friendly attitude. Thanks again
