Review: I have a home equity loan (it's in payoff status) with the General Electric Federal Employees Credit Union ("GEEFCU"). My payments are due on the 15th of every month. I have never missed a payment and always paid more than the minimum payment. Each month I receive my bill and it's for the previous month. This has been going on for years - (Example: On October 24th I received November's bill and it says due 10/15). I have tried several times over the years to ask GEEFCU. The answer I get is "so what? Your current on your payments - so what does it matter?". BUT, on every bill there is a past due amount - in different amount (usually ranging from $20-$50). When I've asked GEEFCU again about this past due amount, the answer I get is - just ignore it - your current. This just doesn't seem correct.Desired Settlement: I would like this corrected and an explanation of the past due amounts.
