I ordered an item on Jan 24th, payment cleared on Jan 25th thru PaypalI have since then emailed GABB times and messaged them on FBI have yet to get a responseI explained that they item ordered was a gift for a baby shower, hoping that they could give me an update on production or when to expect it to shipNothing! This is not a good way to keep customers and what's more frustrating is that there is no way to rate them on their FB page, and from what I have read all they do is delete and block upset customersNot professional at all This really sounds like another company that pretty much stole money from hundreds of people and then up and disappeared I just want my money back now, I don't even care about the item that I ordered

I ordered something from Geekabye Baby and paid for it through PayPal on April 5thI never received the product, but figured I should be patient as I wasn't sure how long it was supposed to takeI sent an email on April 28th politely asking when I can expect to receive the product and still have yet to receive a response or any acknowledgement from the sellerI contacted PayPal today (May 4th), who told me if they receive no response from the seller after days they'll refund my moneyI recommended they look into the company because this seems to be an ongoing issue with them, and they said they have a board that will investigateI never received the product but luckily I used PayPal, who is refunding my paymentI will do everything in my power to make sure this company receives some sort of consequence for this habit of theirs

After a six month wait, I still have not received my order Do not order anything from this company or they will rip you off They don't meet their time commitments--not even close They do not respond to emails or inquiries posted on their site I'm out almost $and won't make a mistake like this again

I placed an order for custom crib bedding on 10/3/14. On 2/20/14 after no response to emails and numerous phone calls I posted to their social media facebook page and it was deleted. I reposted 7 times and finally got a phone call with a man telling me he would have an answer for me later that night which was a lie because he never sent me anything. I filed a charge dispute with my credit card company on 2/21/14 and messaged this to the company along with every way I had tried to contact them with no response and how pitiful their customer service was. I also told them I believed they were stealing from their customers. I got s response from this saying that they had not stolen from me because I had been refunded my money. I disputed the charge withy credit card company, which is NOT A REFUND! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was supposed to receive my order within a maximum of 15 weeks! This company is a joke! And a little FYI Beth, the [redacted], has a charity page set up!! Hope she runs that better than she runs her company and isn't just pocketing that money also!!

I ordered a baby blanket in February for my friend's baby shower in April. I waited and waited and waited it's October. I never received it, they took my money but I never received the blanket. Thankfully I ordered with PayPal and was able to dispute the purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!
