Geek Force

This is the 3rd time a Tech came to our home. The first two service calls were from a different Tech who was "Great" however the Owner said he moved to CA.
This time the Owner of this business and his Tech came to our home to resolve an issue with a new Laptop we purchased at [redacted]. For some reason immediately after start up, I was locked out.
Rather than going to [redacted] and standing on line for what would probably seem an endless amount of time, we decided to call GeekForce.Biz, LLC in Phoenix, AZ.
To make a very long story short, his Tech had to bring up video on how to on his LapTop, when then did not work he decided he had to call [redacted] for help!!
When that did not work, the Owner, who by the way stated he does not know much about computers only the basics, is why he came with the Tech. He actually had to drive the Tech since his car was not working!! Impressive.
I agreed to have them take it back to the shop. I was sent a bill for approval. I am not even going to go there. We paid $100.00 for a service charge. The Owner Nat said it should have been more because they were at our home for 1 hr. 20 minutes rather than 1 hour. BTW: they spent approx.30 minutes waiting for [redacted] to open.
Finally we went to [redacted]. We waited on line for 20 minutes. The issue was resolved almost immediately as it appears this is very common with Windows 8, etc. He had machines lined up downloading a reset. The Tech at [redacted] said it should take 20-30 minutes. I asked for the charge, $0.00. We did not take the [redacted] service warranty. Our new machine "sings."

Now I know why he was not at all effected by my informing him I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and can expect negative feedback. He is not a member of the Revdex.com and the rest you know.
No reason to go on.
