boxes, her package left our facility on the 30th, which was communicated to herAt the point in time that she requested her refund, the package had already left our facility, but because USPS tracking can take more than minutes to upload, the complainant assumed this information was incorrect and filed a complaintShe was told that a refund could be issued in full if she chose to refuse the package and return it to our facilityThe complainant refused the package on the 3rd of October and was issued a full refund on the 9th of October

While I did eventually get my refund, the company has left out some factsI was initially told that my package would be shipping on September 25th via two-day priorityThe subject line of the email I received from them specifically stated "Your box is shipping on Friday." This would mean that I should have received the box by Tuesday at the latest, and on Wednesday, the 30th, the tracking number the company had provided still stated that my box had not left the warehouseWhen I asked why this was, the company claimed they had never told me my box had shipped on the 25thI forwarded the email with the subject line "Your box is shipping on Friday" to them, and when they received it, they claimed that that was not usually the email they sent outI caught this company in lie after lie, all of which they have omitted in their above statementI have received a refund and consider the case closed, but I would advise anyone considering subscribing to this company's service to think long and hard about it
