Geek Tech Support

I was thinking that I was calling Tech Support for my Hotmail account This is when Toler Tech LLC told me that I had the Koobface worm I unfortunately let them have remote access to my computer and they completely destroyed my operating system to when I can do a system restore on my computer I strongly suspect that they planted this worm since all sort of weird things are now happening on my computer

Few days back I contacted Toler Tech LLC as I was facing a virus popup issue with my computer and my kindleThe computer was not booting up and when I contact Dell technical support, they informed me that the warranty period is over and I will have to purchase an additional warranty for fixing up the problemI was frustrated as the computer that I had was of DellThen I called my friend in order to confirm if she is aware about any technicianShe informed me of Toler Tech and provided me the numberI called Toler Tech and told the problemI have windows xp on my computer and microsoft does not support windows xp as per the recent updateThe technician with whom I had a talk in Toler Tech was Kevin, I was really delighted as he kept on informing me what he was doing and finally after an hour my computer was working goodIt was working perfectly as it used to do earlierI was happyThen I informed kevin that I have a problem with my kindle as well as it sometimes connect to the wireless and most of the time it stays disconnectedKevin checked and informed that the wireless router that I was using has problems and also helped me in purchasing a new routerWhen I received the router, I called Toler Tech again, this time I had a talk with Ruman, I really liked his customer serviceHe helped me in configuring the router and made sure that all the wireless devices are working absolutely fineI went to Toler Tech with a one time support plan but the service that I received was awesome
