I am rejecting this response because: Several things in this response are extremely inaccurateI will respond in the order that Geek Tech have listed themAfter looking online I spent almost dollars on the parts including shipping which Geek Tech have stated cost Cents and for them to now say they will gift them to me is insulting seeing as they were taken from my phone and never replacedI am also not sure where the $dollars for screws came from? I never wrote anything about that, but the fact that he has called me names on this response and a text message shows me the type of person he isI would also like to reiterate my previous point that the employee I dealt with specifically told me that "if I cant prove the screws were in there then I cant get them back"He also stated that "they record everything thing they work on in their store and to see if they screws were taken would be hard because you would have to zoom right in"The employee went as far as to say if I really wanted the screws just go and buy some new onesI'm not an expert on the law but this is simply theftI am also not sure where the $dollars came from, as I stated in my previous message the employee who called me said "your phone needs a new battery and charging point and everything will be running perfectly"I even asked him again if he was sure and he said that everything was working and it would be $dollarsI have no idea where this $authorization came from because this is the first time I have heard anything about itThe battery as far as I was told was dead and was not installed properly by the last person I had fixedSo yes they replaced the battery, not once did they tell me they replaced a battery or charging port more than onceThe chargers which have been mentioned a green Belkin charger which is apple certified and my own iPad charger were bought in to the store, which tells me if there cameras work for that then why was I told it would be hard to see a phone having screws removed? Both chargers are certified apple chargersMy apple charger is from my iPad which I have had for 2-yearsI understand they were probably trying to find something so I could be blamed but like I have said over and over again the phone charged on one charger onceI am not trying to con anyone or get anything out of this other then my property that was takenI would also like to mention that after picking up the phone the first time I was never shown a video or given any demonstration of the phone charging at any pointI am someone who trusts a person when they tell me something especially a businessI was grateful to get a refund because the phone wasn't fixed as stated but everything that happened after that point was extremely unprofessional and is what prompted me to contact the Revdex.comMy property was stolen, I was discriminated against, lied to, and my private information was taken and used by an employee who turned out to be the CEOI don't care if the value was $dollars or cent I was stolen from

I will respond in the order that Geek Tech have listed them. After looking online I spent almost 15 dollars on the parts including shipping which Geek Tech have stated cost 99 Cents and for them to now say they will gift them to me is insulting seeing as they were taken from my phone and never replaced. I am also not sure where the $80 dollars for screws came from? I never wrote anything about that, but the fact that he has called me names on this response and a text message shows me the type of person he is. Phone had water inside it when they brought it back. We took photos of the water and have security camera video of when they picked up and dropped off their phone.

A few screws and a battery cover is worth about .99 cents. Swing by and I will gift them to you. The employee told the client that he wanted to check the tape and get back to him.1. THE PHONE WAS 100% DEAD. HE AUTHORIZED $30 IF WE JUST COULD JUST GET IT TO TURN ON. 2. RECEIPT WARRANTY CLEARLY...

STATES THAT WE WOULD ONLY WARRANTY WITH A 1 TIME REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY THAT IS ALL. 3. RECEIPT CLEARLY STATES USING NON OEM CHARGERS WOULD VOID ALL WARRANTY also I explained this to him.4. WE HAVE THE CLIENT IN QUESTION ON VIDEO COME INTO THE SHOP AND SHOW US THE CABLES AND CHARGER HE USED BOTH NON OEM. Green gas station cable and iPad charger both of those obviously not the original equipment intended for that phone. He even states this in his complaint!5. Before he took the phone we had several team members on video! Test all functionality of the phone. Also when he picked it we demonstrated this on video! We gave him the warning to stop using non oem chargers as we could tell the phone had the battery replaced already. The battery it came in with was not an oem battery also it was installed incorrectly.6.Those screws and metal cover can be found easily online for 99 cents. This fraudster wants you to b[redacted]eve that he paid $80! Look on amazon the entire screw set for the whole phone $8.99 Free shipping.7.10 years in business I have never had such an unappreciative client.This person is extremely malicious. That is why I lost my temper and sent the text message. I am the owner. I have never done that before because I had never met someone so rude. After all that I still refunded him all his money in hopes we would never hear from him again..
