I think they are based in name only in the phone directory. The company farms out for technicians who have already been paid by a yearly holding fee. The company over charged me by one hundred dollars after giving me a receipt for the fee of 129.00. They take your payment information before the tech. arrives. They then continue to charge your method of payment for more than agreed amount. The tech. did fix my computer.
WATCH OUT IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.
