Hello A full refund was given to you the same day you opened this complaintA refund had been prepared and made available to you days priorA full refund was made available to you and provided to you as we had to refuse you service to do abusive verbal behaivour on the phone in which you would not stop yelling at my stafA rull refund was provided to you and you had saigned a piece of paper confirming reccipt of said refund and resoloution of this issueIf need be I would be more then happy to upload this document or provide it to the Revdex.com

Hello, thank you for reaching out regarding this issue, however after consulting my staff as well I was reviewing our ticket system we have not received any request for a refund or been notified that you were moving out of countryWe do ask that if you have issues with our service you proceed to call us or contact us directly rather than using the Revdex.com as your first line of communicationWhile I do understand you're frustration I cannot resolve the issue that was never brought to my attentionPlease feel free to contact us directlywe can attempt to assist you As I said previously we have updated you consistently through the entire repair processIf you are having issues I would strongly encourage you to contact management before opening a complaint with the Revdex.com as we cannot resolve issue we are not aware ofWith all this being said I will have one of my staff reach out to you directly or please feel free to reply to me here as I am more than willing to work with my customers regarding any issues they may have

Hi [redacted] Im a bit confused as we called you over a week ago and you agreed to a resolution regarding your complaint, however this morning I see yet another complaint on here after resolution has been reached. Once again if you have issues with or have changed your mind I must remind you the first step is to contact management at my shop not post here or the internet as that is not the way to resolve your issues. Unfortunately o can not resolve your issues if you decide not to communicate with me . Once again I must ask that you contact my shop first before posting on here .

I am rejecting this response because: I did reach out regarding the repair of my screen. I had to personally call and ask for the status of the repair. The business never consulted me when the screen came in damaged and had to order a new one. This happened twice. I have picked up my laptop from the business and am still awaiting a refund of $524.99 via e transfer from the business which was discussed over the telephone  upon return of the part that was shipped Will close the claim once I receive my refund.
