Review: The company claims to provide tech support for computer problems and charges for a fix that never works. I suspect the techs have actually created problems then charged to fix them. During my last contact with them I refused the service they offered to discuss the charges with my wife and was told to find the money for the fix or [redacted]. I have reason to believe this company's service is a scam.Desired Settlement: Original fee of $250.00 and subsequent fee of $230.00.

Review: Earlier this year I contacted this business because I had my e-mail hacked in. I thought I could make my computer secure to prevent it from happening again. (I am not computer smart and don't even know if this was a smart idea). I agree to a service that would have covered 1 computer over a period of time. Two days later I called back and told them to take the service off my computer and that I didn't want it. I requested a refund to my credit card. I made several calls earlier this year to the company but never saw the credit. I contacted my credit card company and had a charge back done. My credit card company said they had no response from their bank and the credit would stay on my account. On ** and ** May they charged my card again but for more that what the original service was. I have not talked to this company since earlier this year. The phone number on my credit card bill does not work. The ###-###-#### number does not work. You can not find this company at the address listed on the web site. If you use [redacted], you can find 3 names of individuals at this location. I have filed 2 complaints with the consumer fraud division in New York. Since my credit card company said the credit would stay on my card about 6 weeks ago, I threw the information I had retained away.Desired Settlement: I want the 499.99 that was billed twice on my credit card returned.

No. I have not heard from them. I can't even get ahold of them my self.

Review: I could not get my new Canon Printer to work so I called Geek Pc Care. They said they would fix it and took several hours to work on it remotely. They said they would not charge my debit card if they did not fix the problem. The problem was never fixed but my debit account was charged $200.00. I have called countless times to everyone of the numbers listed on the internet and on my debit bill and they cannot be reached. The debit bill reads : GEEKS PC CARE INC POS [redacted] NY US [redacted]. To top this off. I have just received another bill several weeks later for $160.00 for no reason at all. I had to cancel my debit card for fear of another bill. The Canon Printer was returned to the store and I have since purchased another printer. If they could not get the get the printer to work they should have admitted that. Instead they spent endless hours doing all the same things I did to fix the problem. Geeks Pc Care provide no service for a total of $360.00! This is outright unethical. I had no recourse so I had to inform Revdex.com. I would like to be reimbursed and I want an explanation of how they can charge unsuspecting customers for no services rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded by check since I have no more debit card. I would like to have corrected this problem by phone but they cannot be reached.

Review: When doing my monthly report and checking my bank account for the church I noticed two charges that were not authorized from this company. This was in June 2013 for $310. I called the company and spoke to customer service. They told me that the monies would be returned to our account. This did not happen. I called twice in July and they said it would be done in one week. Now it is September and none of the numbers I call are connected. I would like to have the money returned to the church ASAP. It is sad when this company can ripe off a church. Please contact me as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Money taken out of the Church checkbook returned to the Church
