I wanted to recommend these gentlemen for computer services because they have help me several times when I have had viruses or problems. They are professional, affordable and most of ...patient.

I signed up to Geeks P.C. Fix approximately two years ago. When my contract was up they offered me two years for one year payment and advised me to take advantage of this offer as it was for a limited time and the yearly price was going to increase. I did this but recently, less than a year after signing up for the two years, I received a phone call from them asking me to pay for another year. They refused to honor the free year offer and claimed no knowledge of the offer. They treated me as though I was lying even though I asked them how would I know they offered that if I had not been offered it? They are definitely a rip off. Besides lying about the special all they do is download free virus scanners and other software to clean the system. They do nothing special and nothing a person could not do themselves with the same free software. I would imagine the software companies would love to know that their free software was being used for someone to make money from. I can only give them the strongest negative I have ever given a business.
