I had file a complaint on this company on 10/23/so today I was call by the representative of the company I spoke to on Friday 10/23/that day I was telling him that his company didn't do what I paid them for so I keep telling him that I wanted a full refund him keep tell me that out of 30,
customers they only hand a hand full of bad reviewshe keep insisting that the company was a reputable company so I keep said that they cheated me he came out and told me that if they weren't a reputable company that they had access to my computer and banking information so when he told me this I ask him are you threatening me to me he was a treating me that they could have empty my bank account today he call me back 10/31/telling that if I wanted my refund that I had to sent a email to the B.B.B stating that they resolve my issue I inform him that first my refund then I would sent the email so he inform me that he would have to talk to he bosses he inform me that they would only give me half of my refund I told him no that I wanted the full amount because they didn't for-fill what I paid them for he inform me that if I didn't take the offer that the B.B.B was not able to get me my money back he keep saying that they provided me with some software I inform him that the software was the *** and the adguard software that they were the trail software that the company give for free just to try them he ask me that if he can put me on hold he came back and told me that no they would only give me half and that I would still be able to use the service with them I told him no why would I need the service with them so he told me that the B.B.B would not be able to get my money back so I told him if that was not true why does he wanted me to send the email first to B.B.B he keep telling me thats the best he can do so I inform him about want he told me on Friday so denied that he threatened me he keep telling me to take the his offer I said no because all they did was rip me off he keep insisting about the software they install I told the software that you gave me was free from the companies and that if was a only a trail offer that if it was the premium one why them stop working in months and I told him both software are only cost dollars if I would have purchase them myself for yr so why u just want to give me half a refund so I told him a full refund he keep saying thats the best he can do so I hung up on him and he hasn't call back I went on my own and purchase the software myself from the companies and they cost me dollars for year I file this complaint because of the treats and unfair practice and lies that this company practicesDesired Outcome: a full refund from them not half and a apology
