Hi
I had a terrible visit to your LONG JOHN SILVER'S
at fairview ave *** ** *** ***
It was an evening visit
The music was Harsh and Loud
The shrimp and Fish were like dry rubber....it was pre cooked
I know this because they forgot the Shrimp in my Wife’s order and
when we told them , the guy reached into a bin an put the Shrimp on her plate
There was a young boy 6-years old standing on the chairs cleaning the tables
He was dipping the rag in a bucket that was on the food counter
When I called the MGRI was told I’m sorry and we’ll replace your dinners and that the bucket is sanitary and its OK
to be on the food counter
I refused the dinners as I didn’t call for a Freebie meal
I have been a long time customer at this location and this is the first bad visit
I would like to know that these issues will be corrected or it will have been my last visit
