I have reviewed the customer's most recent support tickets and they have all been initially answered within hours of being submitted, which is a goal we aim to achieve for every support-related matter submitted to usAs stated previously, the most recent issue (a block of the server's IP by a third
party) is something outside of our controlWhen the customer followed up on the issue three days later, he received another response letting him know that the resolution would not be quickIn total, it took the third party, Comcast, who was the only party able to resolve this issue, days to inform us that the issue was being resolved on their endThe customer was notified that same day (which is the day we were notified by Comcast) that the issue would start to clear upAt no point in his support ticket did we infer the customer was incompetent or lacked patience when he was communicating with us, nor would we everWe believe in maintaining professional communications with our customers and try to do everything within our power to make them satisfied with our serviceWe provide no guaranteed response time, but aim to resolve all billing inquiries in a reasonable amount of timeHere, the customer's cancellation ticket was processed within days of being submitted, which we consider reasonableIf we could have resolved the service issue more quickly, we would have, but it was outside of our controlEven though we try to provide great service and achieve satisfaction by all of our users, it is, unfortunately, not possible to satisfy everyoneHowever, we believe that our Terms of Service is both fair and consistent with industry practicesAs the customer was on notice to these terms and agreed to them prior to signing up months ago, any demands to retroactively change the terms of their agreement would be unfair to us and all other customers who abide by the terms of the agreementAs such,we will not provide a refund
