On approximately 9/26/a Ford F-with 262,miles on it owned by *** ***was towed into Murrays Ford because itshut off and would not restartAfter diagnosing a faulty Injectordriver module and subsequently three faulty fuel injectors the customer approved the repairs and thework
was completed.At a later date *** *** called Murrays Ford and talked tothe shop foreman and expressed a concernthat the truck was broke down againThe shop foreman told *** that the repairs that Murrays hadmade were covered by a year unlimited mileage nationwide warranty and when he had it diagnosedthat he should call back to letthe foreman know if it was related to the repairs Murrays had made.*** never called back tp let Murrays know what the failure was.On approximately 11/22/*** called Murrays Ford and told the shop foreman that he wascontesting the charges to his American Express card, After several attempts by the shop foreman tocontact the customer by phone were unsuccessful due to a full cell phone mail box a tetter was sent thecustomer to tryto resolve his issueThis information including the signed credit card receipts and realtime notes from Murray’s business system with the customers approval for the repairs was also sent toAmerican Express.The customerhas nevercontacted Murrays to teD them what had caused the second break down.Regards,Greg M***
