Dear [redacted] ***,We received your correspondence dated June , 2014, regarding the abovenoted complaintWe have not included any personal identifying information in our response as you requested.After a lapse of coverage, our insured reissued her policy effective January , The electronic payment she used to reissue her payment was subsequently returned with an indication that the payment was stoppedOur Insured subsequently changed her payment plan at geico.com nine times through May , When a customer changes a payment plan, our billing system issues a new payment schedule with futuredated paymentsWe identified that frequently changing her payment plan without making payments allowed our Insured to continue her policy without making payments that would normally be required to continue coverage.On May 13, 2014, we left our Insured a voicemail message requesting that she contact us, so we could discuss her payment plan optionsShe did not return our call, and on May 19, 2014, she changed her payment plan at geico.com againOn May 22, 2014, we restricted our Insureds online policy access due to the frequency of payment plan changes she processed online.On June , 2014, we spoke to our Insured regarding her concernsWe regret that we are unable to restore online access to our Insureds policy at this time due to our concern that her policy is severely in arrears, and that her frequent payment plan changes prevent her policy from cancelling for non-paymentIf our Insured needs service on her policy, we will be happy to assist her via telephone, or she can visit one of our local agents.We trust this information is sufficient to allow you to close your filePlease call [redacted] , Customer Service Director, at ###-###-####, if you have any further questions

The discount for advanced defensive driving course is NOT for up to 15%The discount is exactly 15%The discount I am receiving now is the same amount I received for the basic course which is 10% not up to 10% but a flat 10%If my defensive driving discount didn't change at all from basic to advanced course then why would anyone take it! I didn't think insurance companies would discourage people from taking courses by not giving correct discount and trying to find our manipulate their way around it! Not to mention the amount I have been getting isn't even the 10% I was supposed to get for the basic course! The discount for defensive driving can not be applied to what part of the insurance the companies choose to either it is clearly stated as 10% off insurance for basic and 15% for the advancedThere is no up to clause nor does it say only on property liabilityThat would mean a person with full coverage woods be discouraged from taking courses as well by this policy! This is the most laughable worst poorest excuse for a response I have ever heardI can't believe Geico actually thinks this will flyI will put it simply I will get my 15% out take my home and both auto insurance policies elsewhere Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***

The only satisfactory response is removal of my daughter from the policyAt least now there is public record of the fact that Geico is exploiting our children by adding them without our consent

I was not happy with the way Geico staff treated my incident of last year, I didn't know about it until 2015, when I was shopping around for auto insurance quotesVery heartless pplPlease make sure you read everything when you contact their customers service

GEICO has been my insurance company for years nowI was recently in an accident on Tuesday February 16th from the back she hit me so hard that she totalled her carI work in the hospital on a surgical floor that requires me to assist patients with lifting and turning them after they have surgeryAs a single mother I work paycheck to paycheckI haven't been back to work as of today at the hospital and my private casesthat I do on the side to help make ends meet because my back is still in agonizing painChiropractor told me today I'm going to need another week off to go through more therapy for my back, each day out of work is more financial burden I cannot affordGeico is not moving is not doing anything about the case because I found out that she is insured through Geico as wellThis accident has caused me some natural trouble because I'm still in pain haven't been back to work and I have to pay $for a rental car they told me it was on this lady's policyFind out the car was on my policy all alongI had to pay $Geico assume that I needed on the rentalI have over in lost wagesMy car is not being fixed, the list goes on and on and onI will definitely be seeking a lawyer to find out what my legal rights are and most definitely will be switching from Geico no longer going to be dealing with them

How come for an old car instead to decrease it Who can understand this provider? The provider has information regarding the mileage of the car, in three years only has 12, I am suppose to have 12,per year, but I don't The car may be parked for a week almost two weeks, I have a full cover, as a driver zero accidents So why to increase the monthly premium for an old model? What the customer services said by phone is other thing different to what Geico's statementI am asking to keep my same monthly payments as the provider is taking it directly from my bank every month, I am requesting the premium I had previously How can they get affected?
