Geisinger Holy Spirit Women's Health

The Geisinger Holy Spirit location is a bunch of liars and crooks! I called the billing dept to see if I could speak to a supervisor today about my issue and the person on the phone told me to call the guest relations number at Holy Spirit in Camp Hill. I did that yesterday and am waiting for a follow up. I even called guest relations today and left a message. And funny enough the person in the billing dept told me that the vice president of Geisinger was made aware of the issue and said to call guest relations. Is guest relations going to take care of my issue? When I go to a Geisinger location, I DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE MEDICAL BILLS! I have been on the compensated care program since February 2019 and will lose it next month. My visit to the Geisinger Holy Spirit in Camp Hill, PA ob-gyn in November was for testing. Samantha B at the location NEVER said to me, we will have to run these tests OUTSIDE of Geisinger. NOR did they have MY consent! The liar Elise M from patient customer service request said in a response back that: “Geisinger does not run these tests”. HUH!! That’s funny because my gyno in Selinsgrove, PA who is also with Geisinger has run the tests many times in the past and HAS NEVER GONE OUTSIDE OF GEISINGER!!!! And she also LIED and said that “this test is specifically explained to patients and consented upon before being run” ANOTHER LIE!!! IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN TESTS WERE GOING TO BE RUN OUTSIDE OF GEISINGER, I WOULD OF DENIED IT AND WENT TO MY GYNO IN SELINSGROVE!!! WHEN I GO TO GEISINGER I EXPECT TESTS/XRAYS ETC TO BE RUN WITH GEISINGER!!! I AM ON THE COMPENSTATED CARE PROGRAM FOR A REASON! THEY PAY 100% OF BILLS THAT ARE THROUGH GEISINGER. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCREW ME OUT OF MONEY I DON’T HAVE!!! Even my insurance said that the DOCTOR sent the order, THE DOCTOR is the one to solve the issue! Quest cant do anything!!! They received the order and ran the tests because GEISINGER/ SAMANTHA B ORDERED IT!!!
