Poor shipping I ordered the product on Dec 4 2019 and they stated , the product would ship 2-5 business day and it didn’t. Took for ever for a response. I questioned them on FB and they removed my comment and blocked me . They have several other people . So their product page is not transparent by the rules of FB. Finally I get a reply from Alex a she stated that she would send a prepaid label for a full return and has not. So Alex please send my label thank yo

As clearly stated in our return policy, we do not accept returns after daysThis request was over six months oldWe also do not refund physical shoes as the customer accepts responsibility for installing GekksThank you -Gekks

As per our return policy, Gekks does not compensate customers for faulty customer installation or damage customers may induce to their shoesWe have refunded the customer's order in full as a compliment to their complaint. Thank you

I believe the reason Gekks responded to this complaint is because I contacted them via *** as well, multiple times I notice that several other complaints on Revdex.com have gone unanswered In general, I'm satisfied with the resolution in my own case, but the company's level of service leaves much to be desired
