Review: I Went to Gel nail Salon to get a manicure and a pedicure and the woman that was doing my nails cut me with the cuticle clipper. My finger was bleeding I told her and she washed the blood away for me. then she stepped on my toe and messed up the polish on my toe. I originally did not complain because when I left the store I was okay but when I got home my finger was really swollen. they also messed up my friends nails and we called them a week later and told them what the problem was the only reason we called so late is because she has a a full time job and I go to school and just didn't have time when we got time we called and the woman told us to come in so she could look at our nails. we went in and showed them to her she asked what I would liked her to do I said I want my money back. her response was "we don't do that" I said okay and sat down. my friend talked to her and woman [redacted] called us liars because we both got our nails messed up on the same day we showed her the evidence from our nails and she still didn't want to give us our money back. we asked for a manager and she said the manager wasn't there we asked for the number and she refused to give it to us. then she said the manager was this woman behind her after she told us she wasn't there. we asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't let us and the manager wouldn't come and she heard us asking for her. I just feel very disrespected and angry and received horrible service. the woman [redacted] was very rude and disrespectful.Desired Settlement: I would like the woman [redacted] to have repercussions for her horrible behavior and I would like my money back for the horrible service I received.
