Review: Dec. 05, 2012 placed a order for a 3 piece custom cabinet from Gelco. Paid a deposit of 771.25 on my credit card. Received the cabinets on Feb 17, 2013. The sales person made it clear that if the product was not to our satisfaction or found damaged notify them and it would be corrected immediately. The cabinet was found to be damaged in one of the boxes, the design was not correct and the measurements were wrong. Notified Gelco and was told the cabinets would be reordered immediately. I have been reaching out to them since then to find when the cabinet will be ready and delivered. I feel that I've been getting the run around. I go to the store and I call, LAST CALL I GOT A VERY RUDE SALESMEN!!! I was told it should be in the following week, they haven't heard from the manufacture, its in the warehouse, and other excuses. My husband and I are very frustrated and dissatisfied with this business. The only contact has been on my end each time getting more excuses and bad customer service. I was told that we would get a call this week about delivery....No CALL.....Delivery.....No CABINETSDesired Settlement: MY MONEY BACK.....NO EXCEPTIONS.

Review: I ordered and was charged $155.15 on March 31,2014, for a kitchen cabinet door. I was told it would arrive at the store within three to six weeks. After waiting the six weeks and five phone calls I was then told by the manager, [redacted] that the door was "in transit." Two weeks later I still haven't received the cabinet door. Today I was told by the salesperson [redacted] that the door hadn't been shipped and won't arrive at the store until June 16. Being charged for an item that hasn't been received and then lied to is unacceptable and a bad business practice . Unfortunately they are the only store that carries this brand and model cabinet .Desired Settlement: I would also like delivery to the home address at their expense and a partial refund of $50 to compensate the time taken to call.

Review: I purchased a chair on 9/6/2015. I was involved in a class action lawsuit with this company. When I purchased the chair I left a deposit of half down. Shortly after I received a Settlement Certificate in the Class Action Lawsuit. I received a call from the store to set up an appointment for delivery on 11/10/2015. On 11/8/2015 I went to the store to bring the Certificate in the amount of $150.00 to apply to the balance due. I did have a choice of turning in the certificate for a check in the amount of $45.00 which I chose not to do. The 3 female employees that were in the store at the time all told me that the stores' policy was not to accept the certificate at that time. To come back to purchase something else or better yet to turn in the certificate for the $45.00 check. That is not what it states on the letter attached to the certificate. It states very clearly that "the Certificate does not need to be presented until the time of payment". It is for in store credit only and must be used all at once. Now the chair was delivered today and I paid the balance of $350.00.The stores policy does not match up with the information on the letter attached to the certificate. The employees kept insisting that I make another purchase or the get the $45.00 check. They shouldn't be telling me what to do and the store made up a policy that is not the same policy according to the legal system that handled the lawsuit.Desired Settlement: I want Seaside Furniture to accept the Settlement Certificate and to refund the $150.00 to me.

Review: We ordered and paid for furniture that was set to be delivered within 8 weeks. That was 4-19-13. After being lied to for months, they offered our money back. They said we would receive our refund in no more than a week. It has been 3 weeks, and no one will answer our calls or give us a reason. They are truly unprofessional. All I want is our money back that they so eagerly took from us. Don't not buy from this company, they are crooks!Desired Settlement: We want our money back. We payed for furniture, and never got.
