Review: My son [redacted] went to our dentist [redacted] with a tooth ache the dentist took x-rays of his teeth and said it was his wisdom tooth so he gave him a referal and his examine card with the tooth mark off that needed to be pulled out my son went to [redacted] office to get tooth pulled out he gave the assitants the examine card and his tooth was pulled out, a month later I get a bill for $80.00 from their office I called and ask what is it for because [redacted] is listed on my dental plan the girl said it was for an x-ray told her my insurance pays for that she said they did not told her I will call them and call her back, I get home that day I get the bill statement from my coverage for [redacted] who they paid $209.00 for his work and [redacted] who was paid $452.00 I asked my insurance about the bill for [redacted] and about an x-ray they said that same x-ray was done by our regular dentist and he was paid, and they do not pay twice for same x-ray and the Drs. know that. I call [redacted] office and speak to the assitant and she said that is why they give you the examine card to show which tooth needs to be pulled, she if the assitants also should know if they need the x-rays they can just call and request them, I spoke with assitant in [redacted] office of my discussion about they x-ray she was very and said they don't have to use their x-rays so I asked her why she did not inform my son about them not using the examine card and that I would have to pay for another x-ray she never answered I told her I do not think I should have to pay for it we shouild have been informed before the tooth was pulled, that same day I get a bill from my regular medical coverage were they also billed them for $525.00 for the same tooth. I called back the next day to speak to the Dr. the young lady who answered this tme asked for what I told her the story she said I cannot speak to [redacted] he does not handle billing problems. I do not think he even knows about this I have tryed twice to spkDesired Settlement: I would like for them to remove the charge and stop sending me bills, the last girl I spoke with said it doesn't matter I will have to pay anyway.

I received a call from [redacted] telling me he did not know that I was having this problem he apologized and said he will pull back the $80.00 in bills that I have been receiving he was very nice. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for all your help this would have been a hardship for me thank you so much.

Review: On 7/**/15 I was alerted via email by [redacted] of a collections on my credit. The collections company is I.C. Systems for Dr. Gelfman and Birnbaum in the amount of $65.00. Now I was perplexed on why my name is in collections for a Doctors office. I did some investigating and realized this stemmed from a visit for my daughter. I had taken my child to this office referred by Diamond Braces on [redacted]. This office had completed a full examination and X-Ray and determined that my child needed an extraction before further services can be implemented. I took my child with all the X-Rays and applicable paperwork to Dr. Gelfmans office so that they can extract the tooth. Now when I called the office to inquire about the collections [redacted] stated that it was due to X-Rays; now I was confused since I bought my own X-rays to the visit. She stated that she needed to look into my file and would call me back. She was able to obtain the information and did noticed that I provided the information and was wrongfully charged for something that was not done by their office. She then went on to tell me that now my balance will be $25 due to an examination; I was just flabbergasted because you tarnished my already not so great credit and then still want me to pay for something that never happened. Im asking that this entire so called bill be null and void. This office seems to be in the business of robbing the working poor. Ive made sure to pay my medical insurances so my children can have great medical services but if the services are being fabricated and still want to be compensated I will not tolerate that. I want the collections to remove their transactions and provide a letter of their error. I would like for the collections agency to remove the alert on my credit. I would like for them to remove any and all balances from my name because I believe and feel that their actions were harassing. I was wrongfully accused of non-payment and harassed later for another amount. This is both disturbing and atrocious for a Doctors office to tarnish someones name unlawfully.Desired Settlement: I want the action to be removed and I would like for the so called remaining balance to be null and void.
