We are very sorry that it's not really clear to all of us here what this video should show or teach us. We're not using any of these tubes to ship our posters nor are we shipping them as single items as shown during the video. Our posters are shipped in bulk, rolled on cores, carefully packed in several layers of paper and finally put into one of these big rectangle boxes that could be seen very shortly at the beginning of the video. Please note that we're not responsible for the way of shipping that you are using for sending the posters to your customers. In case of it should be to critisize the way we're packing our posters in general, we now have more than 10 years experience in doing this job for our customers and we're currently handling hundrets of posters packages every single day without any major issue over the past years concerning the packing or the quality of our products.Unfortunately still we can't see the already several times requested proof that MOST or ALL posters have been damaged. Also, as already written several times, we're shipping about 5-10% more items than ordered. As this order was for 1,000 posters, that means that you have received at least 50 posters more than ordered. As long as we can't see that more than 50 posters are damaged, we unfortunately can't agree to any refund. For the requested FULL refund, we'd need clear proofing documents that most or all posters have been damaged.Even more, as seen on the video, it seems like that 4 of the 5 delivered boxes have not even been opened or unpacked yet! The longer this conversation lasts and the more information we're receiving concerning this case, the more we are convinced by our first decision to reject this claim as it definitely does not seem to be justified. It's not just that still after the [redacted] or [redacted] round this claim is now doing on several different platforms we have not received the necessary proofing documentation of the supposed damage, which we requested from the right beginning, it's also that we can see now more and more details that the delivered poster order does not seem to be completely damaged as claimed with this complaint.We unfortunately again have to reject this claim and will now close this case on our end without the possibility to reopen it again. There have been just too much chances passed to provide us the requested proofs which we need to work on this and we have reasonable doubts that these can ever be provided. We're of course respecting your decision to order your posters with another printer in the future and we wish you the best of luck for your business and with your suppliers. Finally we'd like to thank you for your comprehension that we now need to focus our efforts on our other customers, which are without exception very happy with the way we're shipping our posters.Thank you very much,Chilliprinting Support

Concerning the complaint: The customer also started a complaint with [redacted], which finally was rejected by them for good reasons. He ordered 1,000 posters with us and sent us a photo with just one (!!) dog-eared poster visible on it. Our customer support asked for further pictures where we can see...

on that several or most posters are affected. The customer denied and insisted on a full refund. Our customer support was always nice and friendly, explaining to him that for a full refund we need a proof that all or most posters are damaged. However, the customer denid to provide us this proof. We still have all chat protocols and emails with this customer archieved, they can be sent over, if necessary. The only one who got rude several times and really heavy was the customer but not our support. Also, ordering 1,000 posters, sending a picture of just one slightly damaged poster and finally asking for a full refund isn’t a good practise, thus we have to reject such claims.  We’re always shipping 5-10% more than ordered, so as long as less than 50-100 posters were damaged, he minimum still received the ordered quantity in perfect conditions.   Let us know if anything else is neeed by us.   Kind regards, —— Björn A[redacted] CEO Gelimas ChilliPrinting Inc.
