Response:Due to unforeseen circumstances with the building located at [redacted] **, Massage Therapy of Chatham was forced to relocate in early June of Our staff made an attempt to reach our current customer base to notify of the relocationMany of our customers were reached promptly, but unfortunately not all customers were reached over several attempts, and we were forced to leave messages for those who were not able to be contactedRegarding the complaint in question, we received two messages from the phone number referenced in the complaintThe first contained no audio and was for several seconds, the second contained unintelligible sounds and my secretary was unable to distinguish the message contentsAs a secondary method of contact we do have an e-mail address which the customer did not utilize in reaching usFurthermore, I received the letter from your organization on July 24, due to forwarding by the United States Post OfficeI have located the gift certificate numbers that the letter referencedI will provide a refund to the customer in the amount of $for two one hour massagesThank you for your time and consideration in this matter Warm regards, Maria F [redacted] Owner Massage Therapy of Chatham
