Review: I was seeking to eliminate the annual installing of sheet plastic over single pane windows in my hobby greenhouse.
I visited Gelo's, explained the situation, and what I needed to achieve. The window product delivered to me did not meet the criteria discussed with David Gelo on the first meeting with him, and on many subsequent meetings. He has failed to return my calls, offer a satisfactory solution, and return the deposit for the non-window portion of the proposal. I feel he misrepresented the product, and had the obligation,as a window retailer, to inform me if what I wanted to achieve was not possible,or whether the product would produce drastic differences from what was previously in place. He cavalierly claims I "got what I ordered".

The issue at hand has been resolved as of 12-30-15 . There is a signed agreement by both parties. New sash has been ordered as of 12-30-15 A returned deposit was issued for $ 5,354.00 on 12-22-15 and deposited as of 12-23-15 Thank you,Dave Gelo
